We're looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer who thrives on solving complex business challenges, building scalable applications, and delivering exceptional digital experiences. This role offers the opportunity to work on large-scale enterprise platforms in a collaborative, Agile environment where engineering excellence, innovation, and customer outcomes are at the heart of everything we do.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you'll take ownership of technical delivery across the software development lifecycle, working closely with product owners, analysts, architects, designers, and fellow engineers.

Your responsibilities will include:

Designing, developing and maintaining enterprise-grade web applications
Translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions
Building responsive, user-centric interfaces with a focus on performance and usability
Developing robust backend services and APIs
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software
Conducting code reviews and mentoring developers where required
Implementing and maintaining secure, scalable and resilient solutions
Troubleshooting production issues and driving root cause resolution
Contributing to architectural discussions and technology decisions
Driving continuous improvement through modern engineering practices and emerging technologies

What We're Looking For

Experience

5+ years' experience in full stack software development
Proven experience delivering enterprise web applications
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Experience working within Agile delivery teams
Experience building scalable, maintainable solutions in complex environments
Exposure to DevOps and modern software delivery practices
Hybrid - 3 days in Melrose Arch
