Job responsibilities:

Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive dynamics within the CFD brokerage industry.
Monitor and evaluate customer behavior, preferences, and feedback to provide actionable insights for product and service improvements.
Analyze competitor strategies, pricing models, and market positioning to inform business decisions and maintain a competitive edge.
Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and dashboards to communicate research findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to align research insights with business strategies and objectives.
Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and business initiatives.
Stay updated on industry regulations, economic developments, and technological advancements that may impact the CFD brokerage market.
Develop and maintain databases of market intelligence, ensuring data accuracy and accessibility for cross-functional teams.

Job requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
Proven experience as a Market Research Analyst, preferably within the financial services or CFD brokerage industry.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
Proficiency in market research tools, statistical software, and data visualization platforms (e.g., SPSS, Tableau, Power BI).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings to diverse audiences.
Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Knowledge of financial markets, trading platforms, and CFD products is highly desirable.
Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
