Full Job Description

About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Apex/Salesforce/nCino Developer with a strong focus on custom development and integration within the Salesforce ecosystem. You will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and maintaining high-quality solutions that enhance our financial services offerings, leveraging your expertise in nCino and Salesforce technologies.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and customize applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components within the Salesforce platform.
Design and implement solutions that integrate nCino with Salesforce to support various banking processes.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and convert them into effective technical solutions.
Perform system analysis, troubleshooting, and debugging of existing applications to improve performance and usability.
Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications and user manuals.
Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
Mentor junior developers and share knowledge to foster a collaborative team environment.
Stay updated with the latest Salesforce and nCino updates and features to recommend improvements and optimizations.

Requirements

Proven experience in Salesforce development with a strong command of Apex, Visualforce, and the Salesforce Lightning framework.
Demonstrable experience with nCino, including its deployment and integration into Salesforce environments.
Solid understanding of database technologies, including SOQL and relational database concepts.
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and tools, such as Scrum or Kanban.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with team members and stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

Salesforce Certified Developer or other relevant Salesforce certifications.
Experience with CI/CD tools and practices for Salesforce applications.
Knowledge of additional tools and integrations such as REST/SOAP APIs.
Familiarity with financial services or banking software development is a plus.
