Although this role is primarily home‑based, there may be occasions when you are required to attend the office. Proven experience working with reinsurers.

Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in Personal Lines Underwriting. Maintain accurate records of underwriting decisions and client information.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client and policy records. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Handling of client calls and emails received in the call centre. ? Recognize, document, and alert the management team of trends in customer calls.

Bachelor’s/University degree, Master’s degree preferred. Working Environment: office setting, minimal travel required.
