We are seeking a skilled and experienced MIG/TIG Welder to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the fabrication, assembly, and welding of various vehicle
components, ensuring all work meets high standards of quality, safety, and precision.
THE INCUMBENT’S PRIMARY DUTIES WILL BE TO:
· Read and comprehend technical drawings.
· Must be able to identify different types of material.
· Must be able to accurately assemble and weld material as per drawing.
· Responsible for the weld/ fabrication of various components.
REQUIREMENTS:
1 Must be able to follow instructions. (Safety and quality reasons.)
2 Relevant qualification beneficial.
3 Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
4 Previous experience as a welder/ fabricator.
5 Ability to work with light and heavy fabrication tools and machines.
6 Reliable and trustworthy.
7 Physically capable of performing primary duties.
8 Good communication skills. (Verbal and written)
9 Contactable references.
EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION:
1. Grade 10 – 12
2. Relevant welding (MIG/TIG) and fabrication qualification and experience would be highly advantageous
3. Trade test qualified
