We are seeking a dynamic and experienced part-time course facilitator who will support the lecturer in delivering the course by assisting with grading, moderating online discussion boards, acting as a moderator in live lectures and workshops and facilitating 1:1 synchronous calls with students. The facilitator will help students overcome any blockers they face in understanding course material, tasks, and projects.

In this role, you will support our students by guiding them on their course content and projects, supporting group lectures and helping solve student queries. You will be part of a team building the most affordable learning experience to remove existing barriers to accessing education and teaching these skills to people from diverse cultures and backgrounds. In this role, a typical day would include some or all of the following:
- Assist the lecturer with grading assignments and projects.
- Moderate online discussion boards to ensure a productive and supportive learning environment.
- Act as a moderator during live lectures and workshops, managing Q&A sessions and ensuring smooth operation.
- Facilitate 1:1 synchronous calls with students to provide additional support and address any challenges they encounter with the course material.
- Provide timely and constructive feedback to students.
- Support students in understanding course content and completing tasks and projects.
- Monitor student progress and engagement, identifying and addressing any issues that arise.
- Collaborate with the lecturer and course design team to ensure a high-quality learning experience.
- Education:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Management, Digital Marketing, Education, or a related tech field).
- Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years in a relevant role within the tech industry or education.
- Prior experience in mentoring, tutoring, or facilitation, preferably in an online setting.
- Experience with online course facilitation and student support.
- Familiarity with challenges and opportunities in the tech industry.
- Experience in curriculum development and instructional design.
- Skills and Competencies:
- Strong understanding of Digital Marketing principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage and support adult learners.
- Proficiency with online learning platforms and tools.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
Ability to provide constructive feedback and support.
Preferred Requirement:
- Certification in Digital Marketing.
