Cathtect Cathodic Protection is seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Safety Officer to join our team on a major five-year project based in Limpopo. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring compliance with all Occupational Health and Safety legislation, client requirements, and company policies while fostering a strong culture of safety on site.
This position is offered on a fixed-term contract for the duration of the five-year project.
Minimum Requirements:
Introduction to SAMTRAC certificate (minimum requirement).
Valid SACPCMP registration as a Safety Officer (non-negotiable).
Minimum of 3–5 years' experience as a Site Safety Officer on construction, engineering, mining, or industrial projects.
Sound knowledge of the Occupational Health and Safety Act and Construction Regulations.
Computer literate (Microsoft Office).
Must be willing to relocate to or work in Limpopo for the duration of the project.
Pay: R23 000,00 - R24 000,00 per month
