Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master (Manager level) with strong exposure to API-based projects . The candidate will lead Agile teams, drive sprint execution, and ensure successful delivery of high-quality API solutions aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Act as a Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams working on API development projects
Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives)
Ensure smooth execution and delivery of API-based applications/services
Collaborate with Product Owners, Developers, and stakeholders for backlog prioritization
Identify and remove impediments/blockers impacting the team
Drive continuous improvement and Agile best practices within the team
Track and report project progress, sprint metrics, and delivery status
Ensure adherence to Agile/Scrum methodologies
Support release planning, risk management, and stakeholder communication
Required Skills:
Strong experience as a Scrum Master / Agile Coach
Hands-on exposure to API development projects (REST/SOAP)
Good understanding of microservices architecture
Experience with Agile tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, or Rally
Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban)
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple teams or large-scale Agile projects
Preferred Qualifications:Certifications such as:
Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
SAFe Scrum Master / SAFe Agilist
Understanding of DevOps and CI/CD pipelines
Experience working in cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP)
