Hospitality Tech Company based in Claremont / Houtbay is looking for an Onboarding Consultant to ensure that clients attract more and better business online, as their setup configuration is based on their specific market needs and channel partner requirements, with the highest quality content they are able to provide.

Ensure that all setups are executed with precision and attention to detail, strictly adhering to agreed-upon guidelines and best practices.

Review the setup with the client to confirm that rates are entered correctly and that bookings and availability are accurate before submitting for quality assurance.

Submit client setups for quality control and activation only when they fully meet the prescribed quality standards.

Consistently meet performance targets and KPIs by completing client setups within the agreed service level timeframe.

Minimise the need for back-and-forth communication with sales by ensuring that onboarding cases are well-prepared and organised.

Ensure timely follow-ups and effectively manage workloads using onboarding priority levels.

Complete all related administrative tasks efficiently, ensuring proper documentation and tracking of progress.
Requirements:

Grade 12
-
Formal Qualification will be an advantage

Client setup / onboarding experience in a demanding sales team

Strong understanding of rooms and rates

Technical understanding of:

Front desk booking systems.

Booking engines

Channel management.

Payment solutions.

PMS integration.
