A busy a la carte fine dining restaurant seeks an experienced kitchen manager matching the following specifications:-
- 4 years kitchen management experience in a popular stand alone full service restaurant
- Must have good organisational skills and able to handle a busy pass during service
- Remain calm under pressure and handle high volumes
- Responsible for ordering, receiving and storage plus managing of stock
- Oversee cleanliness of all kitchen areas including fridges
- Stable track record
- Shift and weekend work applies
- Own Transport preferred
