As a Waiter/Barmen, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service to guests in our hotel's dining areas and bar. Your duties will include:
Greeting guests warmly upon arrival and escorting them to their tables.
Taking food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring guests' preferences and dietary requirements are met.
Serving meals and beverages promptly and courteously, with attention to detail and presentation.
Recommending menu items and providing descriptions of specials to guests.
Operating the bar area, preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in compliance with company standards and legal regulations.
Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the bar and dining areas, including stocking supplies and cleaning glassware.
Handling cash and card transactions accurately and responsibly, processing payments and issuing receipts.
Previous experience as a waiter and/or bartender in a hospitality setting, preferably in a high-end restaurant or hotel.
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
Strong communication skills with the ability to interact confidently with guests and team members.
Knowledge of food and beverage service procedures, including wine service and cocktail preparation.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a professional attitude.
Attention to detail and cleanliness, with a commitment to upholding hygiene and safety standards.
Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
