AnaStellar Brands is a women-owned FMCG company based in Hurlingham, Johannesburg. We are looking for enthusiastic, ambitious, and sales-driven Brand Ambassadors to join our Sales Team in Cape Town.

Overview
As a Brand Ambassador, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products in-store while delivering exceptional customer service. You will also ensure products are well merchandised, maintain stock levels, build strong relationships with store staff, and contribute to achieving monthly sales targets.
This role is ideal for individuals who are goal-oriented, self-motivated, and eager to grow within a fast-paced FMCG environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively promote and sell products to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and create positive shopping experiences.
- Merchandise products according to company standards.
- Monitor stock levels and place top-up orders when required.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with store management and staff.
- Accurately record sales and provide customer and market feedback.
- Represent the AnaStellar Brands portfolio professionally at all times.
Requirements
- Previous retail or sales experience is advantageous.
- Passion for sales and customer engagement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-oriented with a strong drive to achieve results.
- Basic stock management knowledge.
- Reliable, responsible, and professional.
- Ambitious with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
Remuneration
Your monthly earnings are determined by the total monthly sales tier you achieve.
R0 – R24,000 Total Monthly Sales
- Hourly Rate: R12.00 per hour
- Overtime: R18.00 per hour
- Training Allowance:
- Full Day: R150
- Half Day: R150
- Online Training: R150
- Commission:
- 4% – Clicks & Dis-Chem
- 5% – Activations (Makro, Pick n Pay Liquor)
- 4% – Events
R24,000 – R36,000 Total Monthly Sales
- Hourly Rate: R13.00 per hour
- Overtime: R19.50 per hour
- Training Allowance:
- Full Day: R150
- Half Day: R150
- Online Training: R150
- Commission:
- 4% – Clicks & Dis-Chem
- 5% – Activations
- 4% – Events
R36,000 – R48,000 Total Monthly Sales
- Hourly Rate: R14.00 per hour
- Overtime: R21.00 per hour

- 5% – Activations
