What are we looking for?
We are looking for someone with the following experience, qualifications and /or skillsets:
- Grade 12
- Qualifications in office administration or related fields
- SAPS vetting (clear criminal record)
- 5 years’ experience as an Administrative Clerk or similar role
Advantageous
- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within a corporate or project-based environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is essential.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Ability to think clearly and methodically, with strong problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, particularly in English.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently when required.
- A proactive and flexible approach to work, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
The responsibilities are:
General Administrative Duties
- Provide general administrative support to the team, including data entry, filing, and document management
- Assist in the coordination and execution of large national projects, ensuring all administrative tasks are completed accurately and on time.
- Prepare and format documents, reports, and presentations using MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Maintain and update project databases and records, ensuring information is current and easily accessible.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members.
- Communicate effectively with team members and other stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, ensuring timely and appropriate responses.
- Perform other administrative tasks as required to support the smooth operation of the Curro Create office and projects.
- Assist with processing payments
- Assist with local travel booking requirements – flights, cars, accommodation for the team
- Assist with expense claims
Ad-hoc Admin Duties
- Other ad-hoc duties as may be assigned
- Assist with collection, or any other related traveling if need be
The successful candidate will start on 01 October 2024.
