Our client, a well-established company within Bloemfontein, is seeking a Senior Diesel Mechanic to join their team!
Requirements:
- National Senior Certificate of equivalent to NQF4.
- Diesel Mechanic Trade specific.
- 5 year's post trade experience as a Diesel Mechanic.
- Experience in maintaining forklifts, tractors and trucks, preferable MAN Trucks.
- Code 14 driver's license is desirable but not essential.
Responsibilities:
- General overseeing of workshop by ensuring assignment of tasks according to required deadlines and mechanics complete tasks efficiently.
- Ensure job cards are completed and submitted according to deadlines.
- Conduct daily breakdown repairs on light and heavy equipment.
- Conduct scheduled routine preventative maintenance and services on light and heavy equipment.
