Our Warehouse Supervisors play a key role in maintaining operational efficiency, inventory accuracy, team performance, and safety standards across the warehouse. Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, dispatch, picking, and stock movement

Supervise, train, motivate, and support warehouse staff

Allocate workloads, schedule shifts, and monitor team productivity
-
Maintain inventory accuracy and report stock discrepancies or damaged items
-
Coordinate and participate in inventory counts and stock control processes
-
Ensure adherence to warehouse SOPs, operational procedures, and company policies
-
Maintain Health & Safety compliance and conduct routine safety checks
-
Ensure warehouse cleanliness, organisation, and efficient space utilisation

Monitor warehouse equipment and report maintenance concerns

Manage attendance, timekeeping, and staff discipline

Monitor operational KPIs and reporting requirements

Assist with staff development and toolbox talks

Support inbound and outbound warehouse operations

Respond to after-hours alarm activations when required

Grade 12 / Matric

3–5 years’ warehouse experience

5+ years’ supervisory experience

Experience in inventory control and warehouse operations

Experience in staff discipline, IR, and HR fundamentals advantageous
