Vacancy: ICT Technician - North West
Contract
Fixed-term contract for the duration of the project.
About the Role
We are looking for ICT Technicians to support the installation, configuration, troubleshooting and ongoing technical support of Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems within healthcare facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- · Install and configure computer hardware and software.
- · Provide first-line technical support.
- · Troubleshoot hardware, software and network issues.
- · Support EMR users during implementation.
- · Maintain equipment and system documentation.
- · Escalate complex technical issues where required.
Minimum Requirements
- · Diploma or Certificate in Information Technology, Computer Systems, Network Support or related field.
- · Minimum two (2) years’ ICT support experience.
- · Experience supporting healthcare information systems will be advantageous.
- · Knowledge of Microsoft Windows, networking and hardware support.
- · Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- · Valid driver’s licence will be advantageous.
