Job Summary:
The Junior Corporate Sales Executive is responsible for supporting the Corporate Sales team in generating revenue from corporate clients, building strong relationships with new and existing clients, and contributing to achieving the company’s sales targets. This position requires a proactive approach to client management, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the hospitality industry.
Key Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:

Identify and approach potential corporate clients to generate new business opportunities for the lodge and hotel group.

Maintain and nurture relationships with existing corporate clients to secure repeat business.

Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and sales pitches to corporate clients.

Conduct regular client meetings and attend industry networking events to build strong relationships.

Sales Targets and Revenue Growth:

Support the achievement of sales targets by developing and implementing strategies to increase corporate sales.

Assist in negotiating contracts and agreements with corporate clients to secure long-term business.

Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the Corporate Sales Manager.

Market Research and Analysis:

Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities.

Assist in developing targeted sales strategies based on market analysis and feedback from clients.

Maintain knowledge of the company’s products, services, and pricing structure to effectively position the lodge and hotel in the market.

Coordination with Internal Teams:

Liaise with other departments (e.g., Operations, Reservations, and Marketing) to ensure seamless service delivery to corporate clients.

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and sales campaigns targeted at corporate clients.

Ensure that all corporate clients’ requests and requirements are communicated and fulfilled to ensure client satisfaction.

Administrative Duties:

Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and contracts in the company’s CRM system.

Prepare regular sales reports and updates for management.

Assist in organizing corporate events and promotions to attract new clients.
Key Requirements:

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.

Experience:

1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the hospitality industry.

Experience with corporate clients is an advantage.
