Inherent Requirements:
- Matric qualification
- Minimum 5 years of Recruitment and Selection experience
- Proven experience in permanent recruitment and selection across various sectors such as Finance, FMCG, Mining, IT, Engineering, Supply Chain and Logistics, Government, etc.
- Strong administrative skills
- Ability to match skills according to client needs
- Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal)
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Valid driver’s license with own reliable vehicle (essential)
Preferred Requirements:
- Experience in managing internal and external stakeholder relationships
- Proficiency in a third language (advantageous)
- Deadline-driven
- Ability to work under pressure and at a fast pace
- Initiative-driven
- Excellent presentation skills
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Proactive sourcing of candidates using various methodologies
- Building and maintaining a strong candidate database
- Compiling adverts and screening responses effectively
- Networking to ensure a pool of skilled candidates
- Conducting competency-based interviews and reference checks
- Conducting verification checks on selected candidates
- Establishing long-term relationships with candidates
- Understanding technical job requirements for related clients
- Achieving production and financial targets
- Assisting with interview preparation for candidates
- Utilizing recruitment software effectively
- Formatting CVs in line with company standards
- Assisting with business development and account management
