As a Retail Sales Executive, you will play an important part in creating a positive shopping experience for customers while supporting store performance. You will assist customers, promote products, contribute to sales goals, and help maintain a welcoming and well-organized store.
Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional, and approachable manner
Promote and sell products to help achieve individual and store sales targets
Build positive relationships with customers and provide excellent service
Develop and maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, features, and promotions
Respond to customer questions, concerns, and complaints in a timely and effective way
Help ensure the store remains clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times
Work closely with team members to support daily operations and meet store objectives
Attend training sessions and team meetings as required
High school diploma or equivalent
