The Employee Survey Manager owns our employee research practice end-to-end, designing, fielding, analyzing, and reporting on employee satisfaction and engagement surveys, 360-degree feedback assessments, and turning findings into action plans. Must be comfortable coaching executives on making organizational change.
Required qualifications:
***At least 5 years of employee survey experience***
A bachelor’s degree or higher
Experience with at least one major survey platform: Alchemer, Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey, Culture Amp, etc.
Exceptional English proofreading and editing ability
Strong communication skills
Comfortable presenting to/advising senior executives
