Key Responsibilities:
- Drive team and individual performance to exceed sales targets
- Track and communicate sales goals and achievements
- Identify areas for improvement and deliver impactful training and coaching
- Ensure optimal attendance and engagement, boosting overall team performance
- Implement wellness and engagement initiatives to retain top talent
- Foster open communication and provide ongoing support to your team
- Oversee disciplinary proceedings and manage team behavior
- Vet and verify sales and customer documents with precision
- Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasts and reports

Required Skills and Experience:
- Matric
- At least 3 years B2B Sales management experience within the telecommunications sector
- Must have solid experience managing a team of B2B consultants within a sales call center environment
- Proven track record and have prior experience closing deals at an executive level
- Prior account management and coaching and disciplinary experience is required
- Strong negotiation skills, particularly with medium to large business deals
- Excellent communication and objection handling
- Attention to detail with advanced Microsoft Excel and reporting skills
