Key Responsibilities
Client Communication & Administration
- Communicate professionally with individual and corporate clients (written and verbal)
- Handle client queries across life insurance, group schemes, investments, retirement planning, wills, medical aid, and short-term insurance
- Follow up on outstanding documentation and client requests
- Schedule meetings and manage ongoing client correspondence
Policy & System Administration
- Track and follow up on lapsed policies, premium arrears, and outstanding requirements
- Submit and manage applications, quotes, amendments, servicing requests, and cancellations
- Maintain workflows, reminders, and administrative pipelines
- Update and manage client records on CRM systems
- Prepare compliance documentation and distribute renewal communications
Short-Term Insurance Support
- Provide administrative support for personal and commercial lines
- Obtain and compare quotations
- Prepare policy schedules and supporting documentation
- Liaise with insurers and underwriting teams
Claims Support
- Assist with life and short-term insurance claim submissions
- Follow up with insurers through to resolution
- Keep clients informed throughout the claims process
Operational Support
- Maintain an organised digital filing system
- Manage tasks, diaries, and administrative processes
- Perform accurate data capturing and assist with reporting
Pay: R10 000,00 - R20 000,00 per month
