One day you're riding a trend that's blowing up, the next you're explaining to a client why you definitely can't recreate it. You know the rhythm, and you thrive in it.
What you'll actually be doing This role lives at the intersection of creativity and chaos (the good kind). You'll own content calendars across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and X, scheduling and posting content that's intentional and actually performs. A big part of the job is community management, so you'll be running comments, DMs and real-time engagement while keeping a constant eye on the trends, moments and conversations that matter.Beyond the day-to-day, you'll:
Work closely with creative and strategy teams to bring ideas to life
Pull reports that are clear, useful and insight driven
Manage client communication and keep projects on track
Ensure all content is aligned to brand tone and guidelines

Above all, you're a strong team player who takes ownership and adapts quickly when things shift, which in social, is roughly every twelve minutes.
The basics
2 to 4 years' experience in social media or digital marketing
Agency experience is beneficial
Strong content planning and reporting skills
Comfortable managing multiple accounts
Willing to work flexible hours when required
Nice to have
Experience working with influencers or creators
Understanding of paid media and boosting
Strong ideation skills
