A 5* luxury hotel with 120 rooms, 2 restaurants and function facilities for upto 250 guests seeks an experienced 4/5* hotel Food and Beverage Manager to oversee the Department, must have the following skills and experience:
- Hotel School Diploma would be an advantage
- Minimum of 4 years senior food and beverage Exeperience within a 5* 100 bedroom hotel with banqueting
- excellent food knowledge and strong wine experience
- Proven stable work record
- Willing to work shifts esp over public holidays, required to work duty management shifts / weekends
Fluent Afrikaans essential and MUST have recent (in past year) or current 5* HOTEL EXPERIENCE as F&B manager
