Talent Attraction Specialist

We have an exciting opportunity to work in our Caribbean division which serves a host of exciting clients across hospitality, travel, marketing and commercial sectors. Your role as a talent res will be sourcing and screening the world’s best talent for exciting positions across the Caribbean and providing best in class service to our business partners. You’ll be based out of our JHB office in a Hybrid working arrangement, reporting to our UK HQ.
Recruitment or HR experience would be preferred as well as any travel or hospitality exposure an advantage. The ideal person will be communicating with talent across the globe so English to a 1st language level is essential as well as high levels of organisational skills.
Please note this position is purely focused on Talent Acquisition, not client acquisition or sales.
The Role
- Sourcing: Posting job descriptions on job boards and social media, and searching for potential candidates on LinkedIn and other sites
- Evaluating: Reviewing resumes and applications, and evaluating candidates’ suitability for a specific job
- Interviewing: Selecting interviewees and conducting interviews
- Hiring: Making recommendations for whom to hire, and ensuring a smooth hiring process
- Onboarding: Handling onboarding
- Developing strategy: Developing recruitment strategies and building relationships with potential future hires
- Employer branding: Promoting the company as an employer of choice by maintaining the careers page and social media presence, and attending industry event
An attractive above market rate base salary is on offer plus bonus offered per candidate successfully sourced.
