Assist Artisans on daily functions.
• Grade 12 or equivalent • Trade certificate as Fitter Artisan will serve as an advantage • One year working experience in mechanical (fitting) related environment • Willing to work stand-by when required • Drivers license would serve as an advantage
•Assist artisan with maintenance tasks and inspections •Loading and unloading of tools and equipment on to transport •Painting and cleaning of structures, pumps and floors • Inspect and repair all mechanical equipment on site work as determined by foreman • To work overtime when there is an urgent task on your area of work • To report all plant defects that relate to Health and Safety • To ensure all safety precautions are followed when working with tools and equipment • Security and control over allocated and artisan tools • To ensure access control system is adhered to
