CARtime is looking for a confident, energetic and emotionally intelligent facilitator to join our national franchise support team.
This is not a corporate training manager role.
We are looking for someone who can engage people, command a room, facilitate learning, and deliver practical training across our franchise network.
The right person does not need automotive experience.
If you can connect with people, manage group dynamics, communicate clearly, understand systems quickly, and keep training sessions engaging and professional — we can teach you the CARtime way.
What you’ll do:
- Facilitate franchise training sessions and onboarding programs
- Present operational systems, software platforms and business processes
- Train franchisees and staff on company procedures and workflows
- Keep delegates engaged, focused and accountable
- Work closely with our operations and support teams
- Travel nationally to support franchise training initiatives
- Maintain training consistency across the franchise network
Minimum requirements:
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- High emotional intelligence and confidence
- Ability to manage different personalities in a training environment
- Highly computer literate
- Strong understanding of Excel, digital systems and software workflows
- Comfortable learning and working across multiple integrated platforms
- Organised, professional and adaptable
- Valid driver’s licence
- Willingness to travel nationally
Experience in any of the following environments will be advantageous:
- Training and facilitation
- Hospitality
- Customer service
- Sales training
- Retail management
- Teaching or coaching
About our environment:
CARtime operates on advanced internally developed systems, integrated platforms and digital workflows. The successful candidate must be comfortable working with software, data, reporting systems, imports/exports, CRM tools, and technology-driven operational processes.
Applicants may be asked to facilitate a short mock training session during the interview process.
The sooner you are available to start, the better.
Salary: R15 000 – R20 000 depending on experience.
Pay: R15 000,00 - R20 000,00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Hillcrest, KwaZulu-Natal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
