Responsible for the daily administrative and operational duties of the Learning and Performance function.
Minimum Requirements:

3-year Diploma in Human Resources Management or Equivalent NQF 7 qualification.

1-2 years Human Resources experience.
Minimum work experience:

Schedule meetings, interviews, L&D events and maintain agendas.

Attend meetings as required and take detailed minutes.

Maintain electronic and paper-based records for the Learning and Development function.
-
Maintain the Learning and Development calendar.
-
Schedule meetings, interviews and Learning and Development events.
-
Coordinate training sessions.
-
Maintain accurate and up-to-date L&D files, records and documentation.
-
Maintains the integrity and confidentiality of HR conversations, files and records.
-
Assists with planning and coordination of Learning and Development events at Head Office and if required, at hospital facilities.

Assist with the recruitment process (ad hoc and as required) by identifying candidates and performing reference checks.

Maintain calendars for the L&D team and provide clerical support to the L&D function.

Assist with orientations and update records (for Kronos) of new hires.

Keep up to date with trends in HR and Learning and Development.

Performs periodic audits of HR and L&D files and records to ensure that all required documents are collected and filed appropriately.
