The Role
We’re looking for a confident, driven Inbound Sales Specialist to join our growing team.
No cold calling. No chasing uninterested leads.
Every person you speak to has already reached out for help.
Your job is simple (but powerful):
- Listen
- Understand
- Guide
- Close
You’ll combine empathy with confidence — helping clients make decisions that actually improve their lives, while hitting strong sales targets.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Handle warm inbound leads (calls, emails, digital channels)
- Have meaningful conversations with clients in financial distress
- Ask the right questions to truly understand their situation
- Present solutions clearly and confidently
- Guide clients through a proven 5-step sales process
- Build trust — but also take control of the conversation
- Follow up and ensure smooth onboarding
- Hit (and exceed ) your monthly targets
- Stay compliant with NCR and internal standards
What We’re Looking For
You’ll thrive here if you are:
- Experienced in sales or client consulting (bonus if in finance, insurance, or call centres)
- A strong communicator who actually listens
- Emotionally intelligent — you can handle tough conversations
- Resilient — you bounce back fast and stay focused
- Competitive and target-driven (you like winning )
- Confident in closing deals
- Empathetic but not afraid to lead the client
- Fluent in English (extra languages = big advantage)
- Coachable and eager to improve
