We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organised Junior Parts Sales Consultant to join our GWM Stellenbosch Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for reaching monthly targets, managing inventory, ordering parts, and ensuring timely delivery to meet the needs of our customers and internal departments. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

- Ensure accurate stock interpretation
- Manage and maintain accurate inventory records of parts and supplies
- Placing all orders in Importer system on behalf of sales personnel
- Process all creditor/supplier invoices on DMS
- Inspect incoming parts for accuracy and quality
- Works closely with internal departments to fulfill parts requests
- Maintain outstanding order listing and reconcile backorders
- Resolve any discrepancies or issues with orders
- Maintain organised and efficient storage of parts inventory
- Assist with inventory audits and reconciliation as needed
- Ensure that no parts leave the dealership without the proper and correct documentation
- Responsible for follow up on any outstanding client accounts
- Responsible for prospecting new and potential clients
- Adhere to all safety and security policies and procedures regarding Parts Department
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets
