Coordinates and interacts with clients to ensure high customer satisfaction and service quality. The role will actively work on business development across all the elements of the food Safety service offering, contributing to sustainable and organic growth within the business.
- Analysis of customers, to identify all potential accounts across the business. On-going customer analysis required.
- Prioritize customers base across the different service lines and market segments, with accounts in all.
- Supporting all Operations Managers and operations teams in managing the accounts and working with the sales team to unlock new opportunities.
- Client courtesy calls other than the accounts may be required in the different geographical area.
- Assist with business management functions such as monthly reports, or other tasks as dedicated by the Head of Sales from time to time.
