As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the voice of the brand—providing professional, friendly, and efficient support to customers across multiple channels. Your goal: resolve queries quickly while ensuring a seamless and positive customer journey.

Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat (in German)

Assist with product details, order tracking, and issue resolution

Accurately log all interactions in internal systems

Deliver timely, high-quality service with a customer-first mindset

Work closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction

Thrive in a fast-moving, service-driven environment

Fluency in German (C1–C2, written and spoken)

Good command of English for internal communication

Matric / Grade 12 qualification

Previous customer service or call centre experience (preferred)

Retail experience is a plus

Strong communication, problem-solving, and computer skills

Flexibility to work rotational shifts, including weekends
