We are hiring! We’re currently looking for a full time HR Administrator to join our Management Team in a remote role.
We are a fast-paced international tech company who specialise in photo editing and marketing solutions for the real estate and property industry.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing ongoing administrative tasks that facilitate department growth, including the establishment and achievement of targets and key performance indicators and the measurement, analysation and reporting of shift performance.
To be successful in this role, you’ll require:
- Prior experience as a Shift Manager, HR Administrator or similar level role in a fast paced and diverse team.
- The ability to manage team schedules, task assignment and attendance.
- High level reporting skills to assist in preparation of reports for payroll, productivity and KPI’s.
- The ability to adapt and cope well with changing priorities.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Exceptional time management and organisation skills.
- Ability to identify gaps in both individual and team skills.
- Ability to work independently, think critically, contribute ideas and demonstrate initiative.
This is a home-based position, you therefore must have your own computer, stable and fast internet, and suitable working environment.
You must be able to work 8 hours a day, 5 days per week.
The schedule is 3:00PM AEST - 12:00AM AEST, Monday to Friday. (Brisbane time zone)
