We are looking for a reliable, self-driven IT Support Technician to join our team. This role focuses on delivering high-quality helpdesk support to our customers, assisting with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues via phone and email.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Level 1 Helpdesk Support with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently
- Assist clients with networking and connectivity-related problems
- Deliver clear and professional communication to customers
- Maintain accurate records of support requests and resolutions
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 years’ experience in an IT support or helpdesk role
- Solid understanding of MikroTik and Ubiquiti systems
- Experience working with Splynx (ISP management platform)
- Basic networking knowledge (Network+ preferred)
- MTCNA certification is advantageous
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and organisational skills
