The Role
At De-novo HSE Training and Consulting, we have an opportunity for a vibrant candidate with appropriate experience in OHS facilitation, to join our team as a Training Facilitator for the Port Elizabeth office. The scope is to facilitate a range of OHS Training courses.
Key Responsibilities
Reporting to the Training Manager, the candidate will be responsible for the following:
· Facilitation of training and assessment.
· To plan and conduct assessments as outlined in the unit standard ‘‘Conduct outcomes – based assessment and moderations’
· To conduct assessment of candidates with reference to the relevant unit standard(s) and or qualification.
· To be guided by the Skills Development Provider Assessment plan, guide tools and reporting format.
· To assess all learner Portfolios of Evidences (POEs) as required.
· To be responsible for the Assessment Feedback register.
· To be responsible for all learner POEs during the entire Assessment process.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Environmental Health/ Safety management or equivalent.
- Train the Trainer/ Facilitation certificate or equivalent
- Assessor’s certificate
- Computer Literacy (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook)
- 2 years or more experience as a facilitator
- You need to be based around the Port Elizabeth.
- Salary: Daily rates will be applicable.
