A large Hotel in the heart of Cape Towns' waterfront is looking to employ an outgoing, friendly Receptionist with the following experience and qualities: -

Matric
-
Hospitality Management Diploma would be an advantage
-
At least 2 year’s experience as a Front Office Receptionist in a 4 * Hotel with at least 100 bedrooms or 50 apartments

Night audit experience an advantage
-
Opera knowledge - or Infor
-
Computer Literate – MS Office (word, excel)
-
Excellent Communication Skills – Fluent in English
-
Excellent Guest Relations
-
Basic mathematic and accounting knowledge with excellent administration skills essential

Able to work under pressure and be able to work shifts
-
Car and License would be a great advantage
