- A degree in Industrial Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
- Minimum 8 years manufacturing experience with at least 5 years in process optimisation, inventory management, metal accounting, production planning, or continuous improvement.
- Experience in aluminium manufacturing, remelt operations, casting, or metals processing will be advantageous.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, ERP systems, Power BI, inventory management, and mass balance principles.

This positions the role as the single point of accountability for scrap optimisation, inventory governance, and metal accountability, making Gross Mass Reconciliation a central responsibility rather than just an inventory activity.
