JOB SUMMARY
A well-established manufacturing company in the sheet metal and steel fabrication industry is seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Administration/legal Professional. Based at our facility in Hermanstad, Pretoria West, you will manage procurement activities and support our production team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage procurement activities by sourcing materials and issuing purchase orders.
- Process incoming orders and generate delivery notes.
- Maintain digital filing systems for production records.
- Liaise with logistics to coordinate deliveries & collections.
- Assist bookkeeping with invoicing and statement recons.
REQUIREMENTS
- 3 to 5 years of administrative and procurement experience.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
- Strong numerical skills for basic costing, purchasing, and invoicing.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Afrikaans.
- Reside in Pretoria with reliable transport to Hermanstad.
