Job Description:
We are seeking young, motivated, target-driven individuals to join our team as Lead Generators within the Debt Review industry.
Experience is not required — candidates with or without prior debt review or sales experience are encouraged to apply. Full training will be provided. We are looking for individuals who are confident, hungry to earn, and comfortable working in a performance-driven sales environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Generating leads for Debt Review consultants
Engaging with potential clients and identifying financial needs
Meeting daily and monthly lead targets
Accurately capturing client information
Maintaining professionalism and compliance standards
Basic computer skills(Advantageous)
What We’re Looking For:
Sales-driven and money-motivated attitude
Strong communication skills (English required; additional languages are an advantage)
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
Good attendance and time management
Willingness to learn the Debt Review process and compliance requirements
Salary & Incentives:
Basic Salary: R3,500 per month
Attendance Bonus: R500 per month
Uncapped Incentives & Commission based on performance
Important Notice:
All applicants must successfully complete a 2-week unpaid probation/training period
Upon successful completion of probation, the role becomes permanent with full salary and incentive structure
