Currently we are searching for a Receptionist for Johannesburg, South Africa.
Responsibilities of this Post:
- Maintain updated employee files.
- Type documents, reports and correspondence.
- Co-ordinate and maintain staff administrative records such as staff parking, staff phones.
- Complete and distribute forms/documents in accordance with company procedures.
- Printing and closing of payslips.
- Locate and attach appropriate files to incoming correspondence requiring replies.
- Answer telephones and give information to callers, take accurate messages or transfer calls.
- Update and maintain databases such as mailing lists, contact lists and client information.
- Maintain office filing (paper/electronic) and storage systems.
- Retrieve information when requested.
- Ensure general office maintenance including office equipment properly maintained and serviced.
- Perform work related errands as and when requested.
Requirements of this Post:
- Three years experience as a Receptionist.
- Excellent MS Office Skills
- Professional written and oral communication.
- Strong organization and planning skills.
