We are looking for a seasoned senior recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in recruitment for tech and sales, and will be able to work remotely for the European market.
Responsibilities
- Recruit for a variety of tech and sales roles across Europe
- Use a variety of recruitment tools, including an ATS, CRM, LinkedIn Recruiter, job search platforms, and Google tools
- Automate manual tasks to save time and be more efficient
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
- Work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals
- Conduct interviews using different interview techniques
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in recruitment for tech and sales
- Experience working remotely
- Fluency in English on a native speaker level, plus ideally German
- High level of self-organization
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using an ATS, CRM, LinkedIn Recruiter, job search platforms, and Google tools
