Agri Credit Solutions is looking for a Senior Manager: Credit to lead and grow the agricultural credit business by integrating sound credit and risk management with commercial strategy, relationship management, and market expansion. This position is responsible for driving sustainable portfolio growth, ensuring prudent credit governance, building strategic partnerships across the agricultural sector, and leading high-performing credit teams to maintain a quality agricultural credit portfolio.

Qualifications and experience: Relevant qualification in Finance, Agricultural Economics, Risk Management or a related field. Minimum 5 years' experience within a Credit or Risk environment. Strong knowledge of commercial credit principles, financial analysis and agricultural financing.
Skills: Strategic thinking and commercial acumen. Credit risk assessment and portfolio management. Credit governance and regulatory compliance. Relationship management and customer engagement. Analytical and data-driven decision making.
