Job Description: Debt Review / Debt Removal AgentJob Purpose:
To assist clients with debt review and debt removal solutions by assessing their financial needs, explaining available options, and providing professional support throughout the process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact clients regarding debt review and debt removal services.
- Conduct basic financial assessments and collect client information.
- Explain processes, requirements, and benefits to clients.
- Assist with applications and required documentation.
- Maintain accurate client records.
- Handle client queries professionally.
- Achieve set sales, call, and quality targets.
- Follow company procedures and compliance requirements.
Requirements:
- Grade 12 / Matric.
- Minimum 1 year experience in debt review, debt removal, sales, or outbound contact centre environment.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Computer literate.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
Salary & Benefits:
- Basic salary: R5,000 per month
- R500 attendance bonus (subject to company attendance policy)
- Uncapped commission earning potential
