Join our dynamic Revenue Team, as a Revenue Assistant. This role is crucial in helping us maximize revenue across all properties in our group by adhering to and enhancing established revenue practices. You will play a key role in maintaining relationships with Owners, Owner representatives, and external stakeholders, while upholding the hotel's esteemed reputation.
Key Responsibilities:

Analyze daily pick-up and loss reports from properties, addressing any irregularities.

Review occupancy reports and suggest rate adjustments for peak and off-peak periods.

Support Sales, Group Reservations, and Reservations teams with rate inquiries and negotiations.

Build and manage rates in Opera PMS, ensuring consistency and accuracy.

Maintain rate parity between the hotel and online travel agencies (OTAs).

Assist with rebate requests from Sales and Reservations.

Handle and respond to emails related to revenue management.

Manage escalated queries effectively and complete necessary reporting.

Collaborate with the Sales Coordinator to ensure effective communication across departments and properties.
Skills & Knowledge Required:

2-3 years of experience in hotel revenue management.

Hospitality diploma or equivalent qualification preferred.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Willingness to work flexible hours and shifts as needed.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.

Proficiency in Opera PMS, Microsoft Word, and Excel, with configuration segment experience preferred.

Previous experience with revenue reporting and online travel agents’ extranets.

Understanding of market segmentation, forecasting, and budgeting.

Strong guest-centric approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
