MEDICAL AID ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
The Insurance & Investment Shop is looking for a full-time Administrative Assistant to join our Medical Aid Department.
We are seeking a highly organised, detail-oriented individual with strong administrative skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Requirements:
- Excellent administrative and organisational skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Exceptional time management skills
- Professional communication skills
- Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Ability to prioritise tasks and work accurately under pressure
Advantageous:
- Previous experience within the medical aid, healthcare, or medical industry
- Familiarity with medical terminology and jargon
Position Details:
- Full-time position
- Monday to Friday
- Normal office hours
- Based in Plettenberg Bay
This position involves a high volume of administration and requires someone who thrives on structure, organisation, and attention to detail. The successful candidate must be able to manage their workload effectively, meet deadlines, and maintain a high level of accuracy.
