As a Group Account Director you need to have a strong command of all things digital. You will need to be performance-driven with the ability to work with a team who pride themselves on delivering quality work for our clients. Lead and grow a Performance Marketing team.
Build and manage the client team and relationships.
Manage client expectations and service delivery by being a focal point for day-to-day interactions.
Understand the client, strategy and agency process in order to deliver efficiently and to the highest quality
Support your Business Unit Director in driving and meeting all financial targets
Be a strategic partner to your clients, enabling you to guide and drive better work, better business conversations, and build business.
Responsible for the continued administration of the accounts to ensure that there is a good relationship between client and agency.
Liaise with clients, attend client meetings, and write client contact reports.
Write briefs from clients into Workbook, work closely with traffic; Group Client Service (Digital Creative & Production) where necessary.
Day-to-day running of the account and keeping reports/briefs/timings up to date and all parties informed.
Updating Client Status docs.
Oversight and effective management of allocated portfolio teams, including – but not limited to – Strategists and Media/SEO/Data specialists.
A firm grasp of available digital touchpoints, with the ability to review media proposals with the media department and client/s. Previous in-platform experience is advantageous.
Review cost estimates with Ops, and presentations to clients.
Keep abreast of competitor activity, reviewing and sharing amongst team.
Keep abreast with new trends in digital technology in accordance with industry best practices.
Quality control assurance.
Financial Management: Budget tracking and Forecasting
Process optimization where necessary
Ability to work with other client agency partners and take the lead where required.
