The Role
The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day finance operations across our group companies. This is a hands-on and strategic role, ensuring clean, compliant, and insightful financial reporting, managing cash flow, and supporting the executive team with data-driven decision-making. You will work closely with, portfolio company leads.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and manage monthly accounts for each portfolio company using cloud-based accounting tools (Xero, , etc.)
- Prepare monthly management accounts, forecasts, and cash flow reports across all businesses
- Support the preparation of annual accounts in collaboration with external accountants
- Lead financial due diligence processes and onboarding of acquired businesses
- Monitor and reconcile intercompany transfers, group overheads, and group reporting
- Assist the executive team with financial models and acquisition impact analysis
- Implement financial controls and process improvements
- Manage relationships with bookkeepers, payroll providers, and tax professionals
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 4–5 years of experience in finance/accounting (group or multi-entity experience preferred)
- Experience with UK and SA accounting standards and cloud accounting platforms
- Comfortable working across sectors and adapting to different business models
- Strong attention to detail with a proactive and independent working style
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
- ACCA/CIMA qualification (or working towards) preferred

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: R38 500,00 - R40 000,00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Milnerton, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
