Eduvos is looking to hire the services of a Recruitment and Selection consultant to be based at any of our National campuses on a permanent basis.

The Position:
To provide a talent acquisition and selection service to Eduvos.
Minimum requirements:
- A relevant honours qualification (BCom, HR, Industrial Psychology, etc)
- Registered as a Psychometrist with the HPCSA
- Relevant Masters degree will be preferable
- Registration as an Industrial Psychologist will be preferable
Minimum experience:
- Relevant recruitment and selection experience
Responsibilities:
As a Recruitment and Selection Consultant, you will be primarily responsible for:
- Implementation of talent acquisition and selection services:
- People specifications / selection criteria
- Sourcing
- Response handling / Screening / Short listing
- Selection / Interviewing
- Facilitating assessments (technical / behavioural / psychometric)
- Referencing
- Offering
- Handover to on-boarding
- Regretting
- Input into continuous improvement of the talent acquisition and selection system - process / methodologies / policies / technology
Functional and technical competencies:

- Good understanding of how to use technology to enable talent acquisition and selection
