Job Specification
Reporting to the Group Manager Financial Services, the incumbent will be responsible managing compliance processes and controls related to collateral management within the organisation. This role involves ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements, internal policies, and best practices in collateral management.
Minimum Requirements

BCom degree (Paralegal qualification would be beneficial)

3 years related experience
-
Strong knowledge of collateral management, financial regulations, and compliance requirements
-
Proficiency in using financial software, compliance management tools, and regulatory reporting systems

Preparation of security documents and reports for management

Attend to registration of mortgage bonds and cessions
