Career Growth Hospitality Recruitment is looking for a highly organised Executive Personal Assistant who will work directly with the CEO of the Hotel. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the planning, administration, communication, reporting and following up the needs of the CEO and undertaking a variety of tasks to support their vision and strategy. The Executive Personal Assistant report directly to the CEO .
Responsibilities:

Manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements efficiently, considering priorities and deadlines

Serve as the primary contact for the CEO, screening and prioritizing emails, phone calls and correspondence, and responding on their behalf when appropriate

Draft, edit and proofread correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as requested, ensuring accuracy and professionalism

Coordinate meetings, including agenda preparation, venue booking, catering arrangements and logistics

Arrange domestic and international travel for the CEO, including flight bookings, hotel accommodation, transportation and visa processing

Assist with expense reporting and other tasks to support the CEO’s administrative needs

Support the CEO in special projects, initiatives, and research assignments as needed
Requirements:

A qualification as a Personal Assistant is advantageous

Proven experience as an Executive Personal Assistant to a senior executive (essential)

Drivers license and own vehicle

Able to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and maintain strict confidentiality

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to manage time and workload efficiently

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint & Outlook) and other productivity tools
